Dedryck Boyata and Mikael Lustig have been added to the Celtic squad for the Scottish Cup semi-final against Rangers on Sunday, live on Sky Sports.

The defensive duo missed the 2-2 draw at Ross County last weekend, but will both be in contention for a start as the Hoops look to preserve their unbeaten domestic record and seal a treble for only the third time in their illustrious history.

The match at Hampden offers a chance for revenge for Celtic, who were knocked out on penalties by their fierce rivals at the same stage last season.

However, Boyata, who limped out of that game with injury, says redemption is not on his side's mind as they continue their quest for a 37th Scottish Cup triumph.

"It's easy to compare to last year due to the fact we lost the game at the same stage. But last season was last season and this is a new season," he said.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers says his side are only thinking about Sunday

"It's a new game for us and we will gear up for it like we did the previous four games against them this season and we will be prepared well."

Celtic skipper Scott Brown is also free to play after the club challenged his late red card against County. The midfielder faced an immediate two-match ban after his tackle on Liam Boyce but is now free to compete at the national stadium in the interim ahead of Thursday's appeal hearing.

In the absence of Hill and Rob Kiernan, young David Bates and teenage full-back Myles Beerman have been deputising in impressive fashion; Rangers have yet to taste defeat in five matches under Caixinha and have not conceded in their last three outings.

Michael O'Halloran is also available after serving a club suspension for missing an U20s fixture but Lee Wallace is still out injured.

A win for Celtic at the national stadium on Sunday would leave them firmly on course for a first domestic treble since 2001.

Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha says Sunday's showdown is 'just another match'

But Caixinha says no team is perfect as he prepare his players to take advantage of Celtic's flaws.

"All teams have weaknesses, even the best teams in the world at this moment," Caixinha said. "It's difficult to pick out one from the Champions League semi-finals but if you say maybe it's between Real Madrid and Juventus, they all have weaknesses.

"The only question is can you identify them? Can you get your team to expose them and then exploit them?"
